I was once again delighted to read Mr Roger Hart's article in The News-Messenger on Friday September 28, 2007. Mr Hart I know is a steward of his land chicken korma afghan recipe uses all the fruits of his labor in an efficient manner. I also know that he is troubled with a blessing of too many hot peppers. I thought perhaps I could assist him and you the readers of this fine paper with a few different ideas for these jewels of the vine.

My only recommendation to the restaurant would be to get a menu written in English as there are a fair few westerners living in this area of Bangkok and most of us cannot read Thai.

Slow cooking is a gentler method of cooking which helps retain flavour and nutrients. Also, delicate foods such as fish, fruit and veg won't break up as much during cooking. A slow cooker will turn the cheapest cut of meat into a tender treat.
